What is ARTA?
ARTA is a powerful software suite for acoustic measurements, loudspeaker development and the analysis of electroacoustic systems. Learn about the programs included in the ARTA family, the measurements they support and the hardware required.
Measurement hardware for ARTA, REW and other software
Our ARTA measurement hardware is not limited to a single software package. It was developed for the ARTA software family, including ARTA, STEPS and LIMP, and uses the established two-channel measurement principle with a PC audio interface. With the appropriate configuration, it can also be used with Room EQ Wizard (REW) and other soundcard-based measurement software. Channel assignment and calibration may need to be adapted to the selected program.
ARTA Box 4.1
The ARTA Box 4.1 brings together the components of a measurement setup for loudspeaker and impedance measurements. Depending on your experience and preferred build, you can choose a bare PCB, a fully assembled module or a complete kit.
ARTA Platine 4.1
For experienced DIY builders who want to select the components, enclosure and connectors themselves. The current original bare PCB is available either without or with a precisely measured measurement resistor.
ARTA 4.1 Modul
For users who want to install fully assembled electronics in their own enclosure. The module is complemented by a set of self-adhesive labelling stickers.
ARTA Box 4.1 Kit
For users looking for a complete, coordinated basis for building an ARTA Box 4.1. The kit includes the fully assembled module, enclosure, reference resistor, labelling and connection accessories.
ARTA Zubehör
Matching toggle switches and labelling stickers for a custom-built ARTA Box 4.1 are also available separately.
Automated loudspeaker turntables
With a suitable turntable controller, loudspeakers can be positioned automatically for reproducible angular and directivity measurements. The choice of module depends primarily on the existing or planned motorisation.
ARTA Drehteller Modul
For existing or newly built turntables with a DC geared motor and encoder. The ready-to-use module provides automated positioning for angular and directivity measurements.
ARTA GRBL Drehteller Modul
For new or converted loudspeaker turntables with a stepper motor. The GRBL-based controller enables positioning with one-degree accuracy and is suitable for new builds and conversions.
